American Association of University Women (AAUW) Aurora Branch

The Aurora, Colorado AAUW Branch was chartered in 1963 with the mission of advancing equity for women and girls through advocacy, education, philanthropy, and
research.

Each May, Aurora AAUW awards at least one $1,000 scholarship to an Aurora resident for their junior or senior year at a Colorado college or university with a minimum 3.0 GPA. Because of the generosity of their members and community, they often award more than one scholarship.

The University of Colorado Colorado Springs does not select scholarship recipients based upon gender. External scholarship providers who award gender based awards may be listed on our website, but do not receive administrative or financial support from the University.
