Badger Family Scholarship
The Badger Family Scholarship is for students participating in the intercollegiate athletics program at UCCS. The recipient will be a full-time junior or senior with a 3.0 cumulative GPA. Students must demonstrate significant athletic excellence and achievement relative to their respective sport. Athletic achievements may include, but are not limited to: All-American status; participation in a NCAA National Championship; NCAA All-Regional selection; and/or All-RMAC first team. Because meeting these levels of achievement might be more difficult in some sports due to the level of competition, some leniency in this area may be exercised and therefore other compensable levels of achievement could be considered. Typical awards range from $1,500 to $2,000 per year, however scholarships are not always granted each academic year.
