Classic Homes Scholarship Fund

Established in 1989, Classic Homes is a locally owned and operated home builder based in Colorado Springs. Our company is dedicated to delivering top-quality homes, exceptional customer service, and great value to our buyers. Additionally, Classic Consulting Engineers & Surveyors, LLC (CCES) was established in 2000 as a part of the Classic Homes family of real estate services. CCES is a leader on the Front Range providing civil engineering and land surveying services on a multitude of projects. As scholarship benefactors, Classic Homes, together with the Lenz Family Fund and Stimple Family Fund foundations, are pleased to give back to our community by supporting future leaders who share our core values. We believe that education is the key to building successful careers and making meaningful contributions to society.

Eligible applicants must be undergraduate students enrolled in either the College of Business or the College of Engineering at UCCS and have a minimum GPA of 3.0. Preference will be given to students who attended high school in the Pikes Peak region and who are interested in real estate development. The scholarship is renewable for up to three years during the students undergraduate career at UCCS and requires the student to maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA.
