Florence Murphy Endowment

The Florence Murphy Scholarship is possible through the generosity of one of the most distinguished graduates of UCCS. Typically, two awards are made for the school year for non-traditional undergraduate students (typically over the age of 24) who are History majors. Recipients must be sophomore level or higher undergraduates and demonstrate financial need by submitting the FAFSA before March 1. Preference will be given to those who have a major GPA of 3.0 or above.

Recipients will be notified of scholarship results in May.
