Logan Coleman Finish Line Memorial Scholarship
The Logan Coleman Finish Line Memorial Scholarship is for senior undergraduate students who are scheduled to graduate in the year they receive the award. Logan Coleman served in the U.S. Navy for six years. After his honorable discharge, he decided to come to college to earn his computer engineering degree which he planned to use to become an online game designer. In December 2015 while he was a freshman at UCCS, Logan died due to gun violence and his death remains unaccounted for to this day. His family and friends who sponsor this scholarship to honor his memory know he would get a big kick knowing this award will help one of his fellow Mountain Lions cross the finish line and graduate.
