Yardi Real Estate & Property Management Scholarship

Yardi Systems is a real estate software company that develops and supports industry-leading investment and property management software for all types and sizes of real estate companies. The Yardi Foundation has created a scholarship fund for students pursuing a degree in the Real Estate and Management Program in the UCCS College of Business. Qualified applicants must have an incoming minimum GPA of 3.0 and demonstrated financial need by submitted the FAFSA or CASFA (DACA students). Awards will be $10,000 a year to students and renewable up to four years if the student maintains at least a 2.8 cumulative GPA and is enrolled in the UCCS College of Business’ Real Estate and Management Program.

Preference will be given to students who meet one or more of the following criteria: First-Generation student, Colorado resident, and eligible for the Western University Exchange Program.
